Human is a unique fruition of creation and evolution. Curiosity sense impels him to think about world and powers that are out of his control.
Long centuries human tried to describe natural phenomenon in the world that seemed justifiable. But, human gradually found orders and rules as well as a cause and effect relationship in the world. Then, in order to discover and research this effect and such an order, he did different activities. He also in order to discover scientific facts, with confidence in personal experiences and experemental evidents, put much studies in his paces. Gradually, diverse reasonings provided for resoulotion of obscure problemes, and it became a basis for scientific methods.
Therefore, research activities emerged in a systemic model and resultantly researchers appeared as the most important factors in research.
In this essay, different kinds of human resources models will be surveyed. In research scope, researchers perceive as human resources of research.
In this realm, we extracted provided models from the hard and soft Storey model to development model in human resources management; subsystems will be studied and finally, mentioned model along with subsystems, supply, application, education and development, performance appraisal, service compensation and human resources maintenance will be provided.
