مدل‌های سنجش تفکر استراتژیک؛ یک مرور انتقادی و نظام‌مند

چکیده

امروزه طراحی و تولید محصولات جدید، ورود به بازارهای جدید و پاسخگویی به نیازهای جدید مشتریان در سازمان‌های تجاری و خدماتی تنها در صورتی امکان پذیر است که شرکت‌ها در تدوین و اجرای استراتژی درست عمل کنند. تفکر استراتژیک به معنی معماری خلاقانه عناصر مختلف سازنده کسب وکار برای رسیدن به موقعیت برتر رقابتی و تضمین پایداری، در دنیای امروز بسیار حائز اهمیت می باشد اما با وجود رشد روزافزون پژوهش‌ها در حوزه تفکر استراتژیک، یک مفهوم مورد توافق و مدلی که بتوان به عنوان راهنمای سازمان‌ها در توسعه و سنجش قابلیت تفکر استراتژیک در مدیران ارشد و شبکه همکاران کسب وکاری آن‌ها مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد، وجود ندارد. مقاله حاضر تلاش دارد با جمع بندی پژوهش های پیشین این حوزه دیدگاه یکپارچه ای از انواع مدل های سنجش شایستگی های مرتبط با تفکر استراتژیک را ارائه دهد. همچنین بررسی سیر تاریخی تعاریف ارائه شده از تفکراستراتژیک و تقسیم بندی آن به زیر شایستگی‌های مختلف از منظر پژوهشگران هدف فرعی پژوهش حاضر می‌باشد. روش تحقیق با استفاده از مدل مرور نظام مند بولاند، چری و دیکسون (2017) بوده و در خلال آن مطالعه و بررسی 43 مقاله از منابع داخلی و خارجی و دسته بندی آن‌ها برحسب اهداف و نقش ارزیابی تفکراستراتژیک در طی انجام پژوهش‌ها، انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نیز با توجه به جایگاه رفتار و راهبردهای سنجش آن در روانشناسی که می‌تواند شاخصی برای جمع بندی وتحلیل انواع مدل‌ها و ابزار‌های سنجش تفکراستراتژیک در پژوهش‌های علمی باشد، معیار ارائه گزارش نهایی قرار گرفته است

چکیده [English]

Today, designing and producing new products, entering new markets and responding to the new needs of customers in commercial and service organizations is only possible if the companies act correctly in formulating and implementing the strategy. Strategic thinking means the creative architecture of various business building elements to achieve a superior competitive position and ensure sustainability, is very important in today's world, but despite the increasing growth of researches in the field of strategic thinking, an agreed concept and a model that can be used as There is no guide for organizations to use in developing and measuring the ability of strategic thinking in senior managers and their network of business associates. The present article tries to summarize the previous researches in this field to provide an integrated view of the types of competency assessment models related to strategic thinking. Also, examining the historical course of the presented definitions of strategic thinking and dividing it into different sub-competences from the perspective of researchers is the secondary goal of the present study. The research method was using the systematic review model of Pettigrew and Roberts (2008) and during that study and review of 41 articles from internal and external sources and their classification according to the objectives and the role of strategic thinking assessment during research. The results of the research, considering the place of behavior and its measurement strategies in psychology, which can be an index for summarizing and analyzing the types of models and tools for measuring strategic thinking
