This research is intended to assess the relation between Ethical leadership and empowerment of the employees in Martyr Montazeri power station in Isfahan. This is a survey research applying correlation method. Research population covers all the employees in the power station (N=610) in 1390 from whom 203 were selected as the sample group according to stratified random sampling. Dahooq and Dan Hartlage's ethical leadership questionnaire (2008) and Spriters' (1995) empowerment questionnaire were employed to collect data. Data analysis was performed through inferential and descriptive statistics. The results indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between ethical leadership and empowerment of the employees (R=0.48).
