The scholars of the field of social deviance have addressed the social abnormalities from biological, psychological, and sociological standpoints. Biological and psychological theories try to establish relationship between human behavioral and psychological abnormalities. Only Individual behaviors and characteristics are dealt with in these two approaches. However, sociological theories focus on the role and behavior of human beings at the organization level. Along with these approaches and theories relating to the abnormal behavior of individuals, there are some other factors affecting the behavioral abnormalities of humans, which can be addressed at three individual, social and organizational levels. As this research is intended to investigate the causes of a particular behavior in a large society, it follows an explanatory-survey research with an applied purpose. The domain of this research entails organizational study inside the country from the winter of 2016 to the summer of 2017. Statistical population contains a total number of 25 cases. The research was conducted through a researcher-made questionnaire. The data was analyzed by SPSS and smart pls3 software. The results revealed that social factors, organizational factors and individual factors had impacts on employees’ abnormal behaviors as much as 52.8%, 19.6%, and 19.2% percent respectively.
