This research is aimed at investigating the effect of entrepreneurship via organizational culture on organizational effectiveness. This descriptive research follows a correlational investigation. Data collection is conducted by questionnaires distributed among 132 subjects of the sample group who were selected by random sampling from a population of the employees of technological and developmental companies in Tehran. The results indicated that attaining knowledge as a support for other components is effective in increasing efficiency. Moreover, the relationship between organizational learning culture and organizational entrepreneurship and its direct effect on organizational effectiveness proposes the idea that organizations can increase entrepreneurship by attaining knowledge and making cognitive and behavioral changes. It plays a great role in increasing effectiveness of the organization.
