Human capital is one of the most influential components in the success, progress, and development of organizations. Every organization needs capable human capital to survive in a knowledge-based and changing scientific environment, as well as decision-making and planning to empower them in their career and skill paths. To achieve a specific goal in business, having an organizational career path can bring a person closer to their goal. A career path is similar to a journey that a person takes and reaches their big goal after small stops. The purpose of this research is to design a career promotion path management model for teachers in the Tehran region. The statistical population of the research includes 23 experts. In order to obtain the data for the present study, the aforementioned people were interviewed in a semi-structured manner. To identify the components and categories of the model, thematic analysis method was used, which is considered a qualitative research with an inductive approach. The results of the research showed that the management model of teachers' career advancement path includes 60 basic themes, 20 organizing themes, and 5 comprehensive themes, which are: (teachers' professional empowerment, support and motivation system, development of professional and educational skills, management structure and educational policies, and balance between teachers' work and personal life).
