تحلیل تجانس مدل‌های توسعه فردی منابع انسانی مبتنی بر شایستگی: مطالعه چند موردی در گروه صنعتی ایران‌خودرو

چکیده

این پژوهش به روش مطالعه چند‌موردی انجام شد. هدف از انجام مطالعه موردی در این پژوهش، آزمودن ،انطباق و بومی‌سازی مدل به‌دست‌آمده در مرحله قبلی پژوهش است. مرحله قبلی، مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات برنامه توسعه فردی است. بنابراین طرح مطالعه موردی در این پژوهش طرح تبیینی است. جهت تجزیه تحلیل اطلاعات، از رویکرد تحلیل تجانس روش بلاتر و هارولد بهره‌مند شدیم. مورد‌های مطالعه اول تا چهارم به ترتیب شرکت ایران‌خودرو، ایران‌خودرو دیزل، ایساکو و ساپکو هستند. در این پژوهش، داده‌ها از طریق بررسی اسناد و مدارک مربوطه، هم‌چنین دو مرحله مصاحبه، به‌صورت باز و سپس ساختاریافته، جمع‌آوری گردید. مشارکت‌کنندگان به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌های هر یک از مورد‌‌های مطالعه با کمک نرم‌افزار اطلس تی آی 9 تحلیل شد. . پس از کدگذاری، چهار الگوی توسعه فردی منابع انسانی شایسته محور در شرکت‌های موردمطالعه شکل گرفت. مصادیق تجانس و میزان تجانس هر یک از مدل‌های به‌دست‌آمده در مطالعه موردی با مدل توسعه داده‌شده در مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات، بررسی شد. میزان عدم تجانس، موارد عدم تجانس و علت عدم تجانس آن‌ها نیز گزارش داده شد. در نهایت یک الگوی برنامه توسعه فردی مطلوب و منحصربه‌فرد مورد نیاز برای موفقیت صنعت خودروی ایران طراحی شد.

This research was conducted using a multi-case study method. The purpose of conducting a case study in this research is to test, adapt and localize the model obtained in the previous stage of the research the previous stage is a systematic literature review of the individual development program,., so the design of the case study In this research, it is an explanatory design. In order to analyze the information, we benefited from the approach of analysis of homogeneity of the Blatter and Harold method . The first to fourth study cases are Iran Khodro, Iran Khodro Diesel, Isaco and Sapco, respectively. In this research, data was collected through the review of relevant documents and two stages of interviews, open and then structured. Participants were selected purposefully. The data of each case was analyzed with the help of Atlas TI9 software. . After coding, four models of individual development of competence-oriented human resources were formed in the studied companies. Examples of congruence and degree of congruence of each of the models obtained in the case study with the model developed in the systematic literature review were examined. The amount of inconsistency, cases of inconsistency and the cause of their inconsistency were also reported. Finally, a desirable and unique personal development program model needed for the success of the Iranian automobile industry was designed." this is an abstract of article please rewrite and improve it.
