ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های شایستگی‌های مدیران برای همرقابتی در بخش سلامت

چکیده

همرقابتی رویکردی راهبردی است که می‌تواند کمبودهای موجود در منابع و تخصص‌های زنجیره تأمین سلامت را رفع کند. برای پیاده‌سازی آن نیاز به مدیران شایسته است. شایستگی‌های مدیران برای همرقابتی تاکنون مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته و این تحقیق به منظور پوشش این شکاف تحقیقاتی به شناسایی شایستگی‌ها و ترسیم شبکه مضامین پرداخته است. به‌منظور پاسخ‌گویی به سؤال پژوهش، از روش کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی تحلیل مضمون و به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزار مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، خبرگان زنجیره تأمین سلامت شهرستان‌های کاشان و آران و بیدگل هستند. پس از تحلیل مضمون، 67 شایستگی شناسایی گردید که در قالب 15 دسته «شایستگی دانشی و نوآفرینی»، «شایستگی حل تعارض»، «مدیریت زمان»، «شایستگی وسعت دید و آینده‌نگری»، «شایستگی الگوی فکری»، «شایستگی فرهنگی»، «شایستگی ادراکی»، «شایستگی حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری»، «شایستگی تیم سازی و کارگروهی»، «شایستگی راهبری»، «شایستگی امنیتی»، «شایستگی‌های شخصیتی»، «شایستگی تعاملی»، «شایستگی نظارتی» و «شایستگی حقوقی» گروه‌بندی شدند. با توجه به این موارد در جذب مدیران بر اساس شایستگی‌ها حاصل شده در این تحقیق و برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی بر اساس اولویت‌، به‌منظور تقویت این شایستگی‌ها توصیه می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Coopetition is a strategic approach that can address existing shortages in resources and expertise within the healthcare supply chain. Its implementation requires competent managers. The competencies of managers for coopetition have not been previously examined, and this research aims to identify these competencies to fill this research research gap. In order to answer the research question, a qualitative method with an exploratory approach of thematic analysis has been used. In order to collect data, semi-structured interviews were used. The statistical population of the research is the health supply chain experts of Kashan, Aran and Bidgol cities. After thematic analysis , 67 competencies were identified and grouped into 15 categories: "knowledge and innovation competency," "conflict resolution competency," "time management," "visionary and foresight competency," "cognitive pattern competency," "cultural competency," "perceptual competency," "problem-solving and decision-making competency," "team-building and teamwork competency," "leadership competency," "security competency," "personal competencies," "interactive competency," "supervisory competency," and "legal competency". Based on these findings, it is recommended to recruit managers based on the competencies identified in this research and to conduct training programs to strengthen these competencies.
