The present study was conducted in order to design a model of job sacrifice of employees working in the Corona department. The research method was qualitative and grounded theory type. The Contributors of the present study were specialists and nurses of Abbasi Hospital in Miandoab city, 12 of whom were purposefully selected to conduct in-depth interviews and the interviews continued until the data reached theoretical saturation. To check the reliability and validity of the research, were used four criteria of reliability, transferability, reliability and verification. During qualitative data analysis using open, axial and selective coding method, finally 17 main variables were identified in the form of five general categories of components, which are: causal variables of occupational sacrifice (closeness to God, altruism, economic well-being); In the background conditions of job sacrifice (political and administrative conditions, economic stability, social and cultural conditions); In the interfering conditions of occupational sacrifice (noticing the spirit of sacrifice, officials' belief in self-sacrifice, budget for promoting sacrifice); in career sacrifice strategies (employee empowerment, fair reward system, quality of work life); and in the consequences of job sacrifice (competency, productivity, self-cultivation, society progress, high standard of living). The results of this research show that a high percentage of health system employees tend to stay in their jobs in difficult conditions and take care of patients. most people consider it unethical and unprofessional to leave a job in a critical situation, and improving quality of working life and social support for people will increase their motivation to sacrifice.
