Dignity is a new and influential concept in the field of human resource, especially in the future of human resources, and organizations are supposed to pay great attention to it from now on. Human resource researches have scarcely focused on the futurology of human dignity and the respect for employees. This research is intended to identify the factors causing future changes in the dignity of human resources in the organization. This is an exploratory-explanatory research whose population includes 14 experts and the experts of the organization. Theoretical purposive snowball sampling method is used for selecting the sample. In this way, the results are derived from the profound raw data through open, selective and theoretical coding. The grounded theory makes it possible to discover effective factors by coding and displays the causes and contexts of future changes in the organization in the field of human resource dignity. Identification of these factors makes it possible to think of different scenarios for the future of human resource dignity. Managers and employees can make use of these scenarios to construct the future of human resource dignity in a such way that it can benefit both the organization and the employees, so that organizations reach to the desired outcome and employees benefit from respect, self-esteem and dignity.
