A Model for the Established Development of Telework Through a System Dynamics Approach
Document Type : Research Paper
Abstract
This research is intended to design a framework to identify the parameters affecting telework and their effects on one another, and to present appropriate strategies for their established development. This research follows an applied purpose through a descriptive-survey method for data analysis. Two types of questionnaires were administrated in the research population including academic and industrial specialists. the most important results included the identification of the main factors affecting the established development of telework, identification of the effects and relationship between the practical variables in the model, and confirming the causative components, and presenting the ultimate model.
