The Effect of High Performance Procedure On Human Resource Outputs and Organizational Performance

Abstract

Human resource management procedures, which have had outmost effect on organizations, are referred to as "high performance". Investigators consider output as intermediary between human resource management procedures and organization performance. This research follows three purpose, including: 1) assessing the effects of high performance on organization performance, 2) assessing the effect of procedures on human resource outputs, and 3) assessing the effect of human resource outputs on organization performance.
Organizations of the ministry of Jihad-e-Keshavarzi in Isfahan were selected to be studied. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Correlation analysis, linear regression, and multiple regression were applied to analyze the data. The results indicated that high performance procedures as well as human resource management outputs had positive effect on organization performance. However, there were no significant relation between human resource management procedure and human resource outputs of the organization.
