Abstract

In order for mosques to achieve their strategic and real position in society, addressing the human resources of the mosque, ie those who are in charge of managing the mosque, is a top priority. The most important management element of the mosque is its imam. In this regard, the Supreme Leader states: "The Imam of the congregation is the natural director of the mosque." Despite this importance, unfortunately, there is no complete and correct definition of Imam Jazat Taraz. They take. According to these explanations, the main purpose of this research is to design a framework for the success history of the Imam of the mosque. In this study, interview data with 20 successful imams were analyzed using content analysis method and MAXQDA software. Finally, the success history framework of the Imam of the mosque consisting of 7 dimensions, 46 components and 174 indicators was extracted.
