Proposing a Suitable Model for Performance Evaluation of Researchers in Industrial Research Organizations
Abstract
In this paper, a suitable performance evaluation model for evaluting researchers in industrial research organizations was introduced. The contextual model which contains 108 standards was proposed after reviewing literature and pursuing field researches. The experts’ opinions regarding the proposed criteria were gathered through the medium of questionnaires. The collective data were analyzed by using SPSS and the chosen criteria were selected by the test. As a result, the initial contextual model with 38 criteria was introduced by considering the experts’ opinions. Then, the importance of each criterion and sub criterion was determined by reviewing the experts’ opinions. Finally, the validation of the model was evaluated in an industrial research organization.
