Designing a Native Model for Knowledge

Abstract
This research is intended to develop a native model for appraising the performance of a knowledge employees of a knowledge based defense organization in Tehran. This is an applied research which follows a descriptive analytic correlational method. The research population include 1100 employees of the organization from whom 212 employees are selected as sample group through stratified random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability of 0/895 Cronbach’s Alfa was used to collect data. The face validity and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. Factor analysis was employed to analyse the data. The research resulted in a model with four groups of activities and 25 indicators for their assessment. The indicators relating to research activities were the highest. Scientific, educational, and administrative activities occupied the next grades respectively
