The Effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction with the Mediation of Human Capital

Abstract

This research is intended to review the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction with the mediation of human capital. Research community includes all the experts of Pars Khodro, 350 of whom were selected through cluster random sampling. They answered to 336 questionnaires. To collect data, three types of questionnaires were used, including: Minnesota's shortened job satisfaction questionnaire, Bountis human capital questionnaire, as well as researcher-made organization climate questionnaire. Data analysis was performed through path analysis by structural equation modeling using SPSS and AMOS software. The results indicated that the primary model was correlated with the data. The direct effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction was significant. Its indirect effect worked through human capital.
