Design and Presentation of Professors’ Human Resources Development Model Based on Innate Approach and Quadru-Skills Promotion

Abstract

Human resources development has been regarded as one of human resources management branches by management thinkers and professionals. In following research the relationship between the effective behavior as a dependent variable and innate approach variables, quadru-skills promotion including superpersonal, intrapersonal, interpersonal and extrapersonal relationships and human resources development as independent variables has been discussed and studied within a suggestive model.
Hypothesises are:
1. Innate approach has an impressive effect on professors’ quadru-skills promotion.
2. Quadru-skills promotion may be effective on professors’ human resources development.
3. Human resources development has an effect on professors’ effective behavior.
Using current literature helped us in studying the variables, then through the methodology phaze evaluation measures provided us a 93% coefficient of reliability within our questionnaire content and structure. 164 of universities professors in Tehran with humanities and social sciences tenden cies were used for this research implementhing path analysis method in our statistical research.
LISREL software was used to make our conceptual model so that bringing a goodness of fit embracing measuring the variables through confirmatoy factor analysis methodology and defining the relationships among variables by using structural equation and casual models.
The results show that the variable “human resources development” within the effects of variables “quadru-skills development” and “innate approach” is impressive on the professors’ effective behavior.
There are 3 suggestions based on this research findings offered to the officials at ministry of sciences, research and technology, universities professors and future researchers. These suggestions embrace structural, behavioral and contextual aspects making a defined culture for the improvement of professors’ quadru-skills promotion and also other related subjects such as the memembers of ministry of sciences, research and technology in order to make conventional, motivational and cultural contexts brining an effective behavior for them
