It is also necessary to find out the Quranic views on communication and use them for the evaluation of value-centered organizations. In this piece of research, the criteria for communication are derived from the verses of the holy Quran and its interpretations: “Tafsir Noor” and “Tafsir Nemooneh”. These criteria have been classified at individual, organizational, and environmental levels. The criteria were then prioritized  according to Fuzzy method. Then, their priorities were tested in Sharif University, according to Likert scale. Using analysis model,  the researchers identified the gap between the present and the desirable situations, and suggested appropriate strategies for filling the gap by a Quranic approach
