Abstract

Organizational universities are established with the purpose of making relationship between educational programs and organizational tasks as a means of helping the organization reach its strategic goals. These days, organizations conduct performance measurement to promote their predetermined goals qualitatively and quantitatively. This research is aimed at presenting a conceptual performance evaluation model through developing balanced scorecards in 6 aspects for the university under study. This research follows a descriptive-analytic method. The population includes 60 university scholars, 52 of whom are selected as sample group according to Cochran table. The result was a conceptual performance evaluation model by developing balanced scorecards with the following aspects: foreign stakeholders, staying at highest position, internal processes, development and learning, internal stakeholders, and resource management. A road map was also designed for organizational universities by structured interpretation modeling technique in which the cause and effect relationship between goals are systematically determined. The results can be applied to all organizational universities as well as ordinary ones.
