A Model of Developing Strategic Thinking for Chief Managers at Ansar Bank

Abstract

The chaotic and unpredictable business environment with intricate and nonlinear changes and inconsistent and competitive fluctuations has caused a serious requirement for Ansar Bank in promote its situation by on time detection of the opportunities and to stand above all in this competitive market.  The main goal of this research is to design a model of developing strategic thinking for chief managers of Ansar Bank. This normative research follows an applied purpose. Accordingly, the constructed model based on theoretical studies, is evaluated and validated through field research. Research population includes the chief managers of banking industry and Ansar Bank. The sample group is designed purposefully. It includes 36 chief managers and banking experts having strategic management experience. Data collection and analysis are conducted through standardized questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha coefficients equal to 0.893, and SPSS and PLS3 through descriptive and inferential statistics. After conducting the tests and related analyses, the results confirmed the model of developing strategic thinking for chief managers of Ansar Bank.
