Abstract
The present study was ،conducted to design a silent resignation model in Iranian government organizations using a qualitative grounded theory method. The data for this study were derived from in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 18 managers of government organizations in the country, conducted using purposive sampling based on specific selection criteria and continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. The validity of the research data was examined and confirmed by returning to the participants and external auditors. Data analysis was conducted using the Strauss and Corbin model, employing open, axial, and selective coding in Atlas. ti 8 software. The results showed that the silent resignation model in Iranian government organizations includes causal factors (organizational factors, individual factors, passive ،behaviors, reduced commitment), intervening factors (organizational solutions, individual solutions), contexts (cultural-social, economic-technological), strategies (organizational and management dimensions, individual employee dimensions, policies and processes), and consequences (organizational systemic consequences, strengthening intra-organizational communications, positive organizational consequences, positive employee consequences).employee consequences
