Analyzing and Explaining the Concept of the Development of Transformational Human Resources in the State Organizations of IRI. in Accordance with the Statement of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution

Abstract

       The current research has been carried out with the aim of analyzing and explaining the concept of development of transformational human resources in the government organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran in accordance with the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed or combined in terms of research method. Its combined approach is an exploratory sequence that has been carried out in two qualitative and quantitative phases. In this project, first the qualitative method of database theory and then the quantitative survey method have been used. The research participants are academic and executive experts in this field. In the qualitative part, 13 experts were interviewed using the purposeful sampling method and according to theoretical saturation, and in the quantitative part, 16 experts answered the questions by using the questionnaire tool. They gave. Analyzes were performed through SPSS and PLS3 software packages. According to the findings of the research, the codings were done using the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin, and finally, 223 open codes, 75 central codes and 20 selective codes were obtained, which were categorized in the form of six categories. From the results of the current research, it is possible to point out the essential role of the development of transformational human resources in government organizations, which as one of the valuable and vital assets; It causes pioneering and transformation of human resources in the country, which is a powerful tool in the service of the Islamic revolution.
