Explaining the Strategic Management Talent Indicators and its Relationship with Psychological Empowerment of Employees and Providing a Desirable Model

Abstract

The purpose of current research is to explain the strategic management of talent and its relationship with psychological empowerment of employees and provide a desirable model. The aim of the current research is a developmental-practical study, using a descriptive-survey method (correlational), and the data collection was based on a field study. The participants of this research included experts, managers and staff of Mashhad municipality complex. To determine the sample size, by means of Delphi method, 30 experts and 465 managers and employees of Mashhad municipality were randomly selected using the Cochran formula. Since the instrument of this study was a researcher-made quaestioner, the validity and reliability of the instrument was estimated as well.  Finally based on Factor analysis, the findings of the research revieled that 20 components and 98 indicators related to talent strategic management were identified. Also, there was a positive and significant relationship between all dimensions and components of strategic management of talent and psychological empowerment of employees. The model explained in this research was of high reliability.
