Abstract

Organizational intelligence is a multi-dimensional concept applicable to investigation from an epistemological perspective by cognitive, behavioral, and emotional / social approaches. Due to the main focus of researches of intelligence on the cognitive dimension (at the individual and organizational level), lack of researches relating to the measurement of behavioral and emotional / social dimensions of intelligence is evident. The main purpose of this research is to identify the components of organizational intelligence at behavioral and emotional / social dimensions, and ranking them. Hence, based on the results of a half-structured interview with ten experts and employing theme analysis, a conceptual model with 14 components was identified in both dimensions in the first step. In the next step, the components were ranked based on the views of fifteen experts and the use of interpretive structural modeling techniques at nine levels. In the majority of cases, the components of emotional dimensions were ranked as most important than the components of behavioral dimension based on the views of the statistical community.
