Prediction of Research Process in Human ResourceManagement by Using Time Series Analysis

Abstract
Due to the importance of human resource management and the increasing needs to it in organizations and institutes, as well as the extensiveness of researches related to it, assessment of the research process regarding human resource management seems quite essential. This research is intended to review the change process of research in human resource management fields and to predict its process in future. To do so, 50014 articles published in 81 magazines from 1962 to 2011 were analyzed. Data were collected in a 50-year period and using time series analysis, the process of a 10-year future period was predicted in human resource management fields. The results indicated that the process followed an increasing procedure in all fields, especially in the relationship between work and group work, job analysis, information system and strategic human resource management
