Due to the advantages of knowledge sharing for organizations, it is now introduced as one of the most key process in knowledge management. Various researches have been devoted to knowledge sharing, which have resulted in various models. This research has introduced a model based on two factors affecting knowledge sharing, motivation and interest in sharing knowledge. This is an applied model for sharing knowledge which was compared with those used in productive and research centers. The results indicated that these two factors are more significant than others and cause more than 60 percent of knowledge sharing behavior. The final model is presented using structural equation modeling (SEM) and LISREL in all research environments.
