The bases of the development of the societies are mostly determined by the individuals who act according to their upmost talent. The most important point here is that the situation must be prepared in such a way that everybody can work by employing his/her talent. Hence, this research is intended to investigate the factors that affect talent. The related literature was reviewed in an explorative and qualitative method to answer research questions. It resulted in a model for the analysis of the factors which affect talent. The model contained two aspects, four factors, five components and 276 indicators. The model shows that three factors of the environmental aspect, including family, educational systems, and business, affect personal aspects by some proactive and preventive factors driving towards or distracting from the person’s talent related activities. 276 indicators were arranged appropriately to indicate proper or improper situations for the talent based activities so that people involved in environmental factors may make use of them to promote talent based activities. The researcher also found out that when people work away from their talent, they are not attentive in the domain of family, educational atmosphere, and business. On the other hand, when they act based on their talent, they are quite alert in the same situations.
