A Study of the Factors Affecting Human Resource Productivity with Emphasis on the Role of Thought Capital and Environmental-Locational Factors

Abstract
This research is intended to investigate the factors which affect educational application of human resource productivity. This is a descriptive-analytical research which involves faculty members and employers of GilanPayam Noor University. The sample group included 112 subjectsbased on group sampling. Explorative factoranalysis was applied for data analysis. The results indicated that five factors affect educational application of human resource productivity. They contain primary human capital, secondary human capital, structural capital, environmental-locational factors, and communication capital. Thought capital is the result of the combination of the first, second, third, and fifth factors. Environmental-locational factor is exceptional. Therefore, thought capital and environmental-locational factors are regarded as mostly affecting educational application of human productivity.
