Designing an Effectiveness Measurement Model for Educational Systems

Abstract
As holding educational courses requires great amount of money, managers expect to have detailed and precise information about the effectiveness of education on their organizations. They want to realize the advantages and disadvantages of such courses in order to consider them in future programs.
This piece of research is intended to design a model for continuous and systematic measurement of the effectiveness of educational system, and to identify the factors influencing its effectiveness and its applicability in other organizations, especially in large-scale ones. Consequently, the scientific bases of the issue, as well as the current models, were reviewed first, and then, the methodology of the process and the model were proposed. Afterwards, applying appropriate statistical evaluation, the validity and reliability of the model were tested. Finally, some suggestions were proposed for executing the model
