Congruence Analysis of Competency-Based Human Resource Individual Development Models: A Multi-Case Study of Iran Khodro Industrial Group

Abstract

This research was conducted using a multi-case study method. The purpose of conducting a case study in this research is to test, adapt and localize the model obtained in the previous stage of the research the previous stage is a systematic literature review of the individual development program,., so the design of the case study In this research, it is an explanatory design. In order to analyze the information, we benefited from the approach of analysis of homogeneity of the Blatter and Harold method . The first to fourth study cases are Iran Khodro, Iran Khodro Diesel, Isaco and Sapco, respectively. In this research, data was collected through the review of relevant documents and two stages of interviews, open and then structured. Participants were selected purposefully. The data of each case was analyzed with the help of Atlas TI9 software. . After coding, four models of individual development of competence-oriented human resources were formed in the studied companies. Examples of congruence and degree of congruence of each of the models obtained in the case study with the model developed in the systematic literature review were examined. The amount of inconsistency, cases of inconsistency and the cause of their inconsistency were also reported. Finally, a desirable and unique personal development program model needed for the success of the Iranian automobile industry was designed." this is an abstract of article please rewrite and improve it.
